The Ministry of Labor presented to unions, labor unions and experts the draft of pension reform which will file this Thursday before Congress.
The proposal no longer speaks of 3 pillars but of 4: one solidary, another semi-contributory, one contributory and one voluntary.

In the contributory system, all people who earn up to 3 minimum wages will have to start making their mandatory contributions to the average premium regime administered by Colpensions and the rest of the contributions may go to private pension funds.
