The Single Registry of Affiliates -RUAFIt is the information system that contains information about registration of members of the Comprehensive Social Security System, that is, data on health, pensions, professional risks, as well as family allowances, layoffs, beneficiaries of programs that present themselves through the social protection network, such as those offered by entities such as Sena, ICBF, Acción Social, among others, according to the official website of the Ministry of Health.
This was provided by Law 797 of 2003, in its article 15.
Among the main functions of the RUAF are facilitating thes affiliate processes and transfer, identify the conditions of the users so that they can access the subsidies or social protection benefitshave an effective tool when formulating policies, control and rationalization of resources in this sector.
The information provided on the RUAF website come from the entities in which the contributors are affiliated and it is only used to consult this information.
What is the role of the RUAF in pension funds?
The registry allows to know the data, such as date of affiliation, state and entity in which the user affiliated in health systems, professional risks, pensions, family compensation fund, layoffs and social assistance programs.
In the RUAF, said information can be validated minors and adults who have identification documents such as citizenship card, foreigner’s card, passport, civil registry or identity card.

Likewise, the RUAF allows to identify if the contributions made in the different topics are made legally and it is also possible to manually update the user data, through the official portal https://ruaf.sispro.gov.co/default.aspx

In order to consult information on this platform, it is necessary to have at hand data such as the document type, number and date of issuethis in order to strengthen the personal data protection system required by Law 1581 of 2012.
How to consult the information in the RUAF?
1. The first thing to do to consult the data in the RUAF is to enter the website: https://ruaf.sispro.gov.co/default.aspx
2. Next, you need to click on the ‘Detailed Report’ option and ‘Affiliations of the person in the system’.
3. Then, accept the conditions and click ‘Submit’.
4. Next, you must enter the identity document number and the date of issue and click ‘OK’.
5. There you will see all the information of the person about affiliations to the Social Security System.
