According to the call document, in most regions they are needed for the period between June 4 and 14, 2023, with a basic monthly estimate of 2,323,582 pesos, which will be proportional to the time worked.

If you want to be a supernumerary, you must meet the following requirements established by the entity:
- Being Colombian.
- Have a citizenship card.
- Have a bachelor’s degree.
- Have your military status defined (man).

How to register to be a supernumerary of the Registrar’s Office?
The call is nationwide and the registrations of those interested will be made by groups on certain dates, depending on the department in which they are located:
- Group A with a registration date of June 1 and 2, 2023: Atlantic, Boyacá, Cesar, Cundinamarca, Nariño, Norte de Santander, Santander, Tolima.
- Group B with registration date of June 3 and 4: Bogota, DC, Antioquia, Caldas, Risaralda, Quindío, Casanare, Meta.
- Group C with registration date of June 5 and 6: Amazonas, Arauca, Bolívar, Caquetá, Cauca, Chocó, Córdoba, Guainía, Guaviare, Huila, La Guajira, Magdalena, Putumayo, San Andrés, Sucre, Valle del Cauca, Vaupés, Vichada.

Do not be fooled. The process does not require intermediaries and is done only online. On the page provided you will find the registration form that you must fill out.
You have a maximum of 20 minutes to fill out the form, otherwise you will have to start the registration process again. Once the information is sent, it cannot be modified, says the Registrar’s Office. So check every single data you enter.

The list of eligible at the national level will be published after June 15 and the final one will be known on June 23. If you are selected to be a supernumerary, the Registry will notify you to proceed with the link.
