When will Nequi stop working and for how long?
According to an official statement from the financial platform, the application will be subject to general maintenance which will cause the platform to fall and not function for a short period of time.
The Nequi update will take place next Monday, June 26, from 1:00 am to 4:00 am on the same day. In total there will be three hours where the application will not work and where you will not be able to carry out any type of transaction.
Take this information into account, since due to maintenance no person will be able to access your Nequi account from your mobile device. Of course, the only thing that you will be able to use in that period of time is the physical card of the application, as long as you have the necessary resources to carry out transactions.
Bancolombia will also undergo an update
Like Nequi, the application of Bancolombia and all its digital channels they will be subject to maintenance, so people will not be able to also use their services as they usually do.
According to information released by the financial institution, the application It will fall in the early hours of Sunday, June 25, between 12 midnight and 3 in the morning. Keep in mind that in those three hours you will not be able to access your Bancolombia account.
