In Colombia people can make a digital certificate, which is a digital document through which a trusted third party guarantees the link between the identity of a subject or entity.
According to ‘Certicámara’, with this a certificate is expanded with the aim of demonstrating that a digital signature has the necessary legal attributes to have the same probative value and binding force as a handwritten signature.
The digital signature makes it possible to guarantee: the identity and capacity of the parties that try to know each other. In addition, the integrity of the transactions, the irrefutability of the commitments acquired and the confidentiality of the contents of the messages.

On the other hand, according to the ‘Pro Colombia’ page, through these digital certificates people will be able to sign electronic information with the following legal attributes:
• Integrity: guarantees that the data message or electronic information has not been altered or modified.
• Authenticity: It makes it possible to guarantee the identity of the sender of a message and its origin. In addition, there is the certainty that the person who sends the message is really who they say they are.
• Confidentiality: The content of the message cannot be known by any third party, it can only be seen by the sender and the intended recipients.

* Certificate of Holder of Public Function.
* Certified Professional Certificate.
* Certificate of Membership to Company / Entity.
* Company / Entity Representation Certificate
