In order to pay your bill quickly, easily and in less than 10 minutes, follow these steps:

enter the official website of the EPM company.

Go to the middle of the main page, where you will find five options. Select the first one, which bears the name ‘Pay your bill’.

In the ‘Pay your bill’ tab, direct your gaze to the ‘Check and pay your bill directly’ section.

If you have a utility bill, select the contract number -which can be found on your physical bill-.

Once you have the contract number at hand, enter it in the section that says: ‘I have a utility bill’. Immediately afterwards, you must press the green button ‘Consult and pay’. This action will take you to the ‘Results of your query’ page.

On the ‘Results of your query’ page, you will need to select your receipt in the right corner of the table that the system returns. Press the green button that says ‘Start Payment’ and this will take you to another pop up page.
You must select the invoice to pay on the far right of the table.

step number seven
On this new page (‘Choose your bank’) you will see four sections that you must complete with your personal information. When you do, you will be taken directly to your bank to make the respective transaction to pay your bill, whether it is for water, energy or gas.
Here you must provide your bank details to make the payment.

Step number eight:
Once the payment has been made, the system will display the message ‘the operation completed successfully’, implying that your invoice is already settled. Immediately after, it will show you the web invoice.

step number nine
This proof of payment can be sent directly to your personal email. Write your email in the section that appears on the right side and then press the green button to send the web invoice.

Finally, click on ‘Save receipt’ to be able to maintain control of your payments and the necessary data, in case you wish to make a claim in the future.
