Avianca will extend the dates for the free relocation of passengers with Viva tickets according to availability and protection rates.

(You can also read: Colombia’s external debt: growth rate tripled in December)

The airline announced that it will deliver two alternatives to users:

1. Relocation subject to seat availability, free of charge and in order of arrival at the airport. This applies to people with published tickets with a flight date from February 27 to March 17.

To do this, users must go to the airports the day they have their flight or a maximum day before it.

2. Confirmed quota paying a special protection rate per route: in national and international destinations for passengers with published tickets or confirmed reservation with a flight date from February 27 to April 9.

For example, from Bogotá to Cali or Medellín the rate is 182,600 pesos; and of Bogotá to San Andrés of 193,790 pesos.

(In addition: If you did not realize the integration, Avianca would not be able to recover what you paid for Viva Air)

On international routes, from Bogotá to Lima, the rate is $185.9; from Bogotá to Miami for $209.3 or from Bogotá to Buenos Aires for $385.1.

For it, users must call the Avianca Contact CenterCheck option 6 or go to the sales offices at the airports the day you have your flight or a maximum day before it.
