How to calculate the premium?

To find out how much you will receive as a premium, you only need a calculator and know how many days the employee worked in six months, not only those that are counted as working days. Subsequently you must multiply that amount by the monthly salary you receive and divide by 360.

It should be remembered that the premium is a social benefit to which all workers linked to a company through an employment contract other than the one for the provision of services are entitled; corresponds to a payment of 15 days per semester worked and The deadline for payment is June 30..
