Former Trump Organization CFO Allen Weisselberg to be sentenced
Allen Weisselberg, the former chief financial officer of the Trump Organization, is scheduled to be sentenced Tuesday for his role in the company's sweeping 15-year tax fraud scheme.Weisselberg, 75, is expected to be sentenced to five months behind bars, according to his guilty plea, when he appears before Acting Judge Juan Merchan in New York criminal court.
