The National Planning Department (DNP) reported that the increase in cadastral appraisals for urban properties not formed and not updated in the 2022 term, will be 4.31 percent and for rural properties not formed and not updated in the term 2022, 3 percent. Matt Schlapp sued by former Herschel Walker assistant over sexual assault allegations

Asked for comment, Schlapp's attorney, Charlie Spies, called the allegation "false" and said that "the Schlapp family is suffering unbearable pain and stress" as a result. Schlapp also tweeted Spies' statement. “No family should have to go through this, and the Schlapps and their legal team are evaluating options for a countersuit,” said Spies, who represents the couple.
